26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
He gave them the Begotten Son to fulfill the promise that the Deliverer will come out of them. But they did not accept the Deliverer.
Even though the promises are for you, you still have the freedom of choice. If you choose not to believe these promises or not to accept them, it’s up to you.
The Jews did not choose the Deliverer who came from out of them. Instead of them becoming children of the Father in the spirit, they became His enemies.
So a New Jerusalem is necessary. That is where all these promises of the Father will come to be fulfilled, but with the New Jews.
Paul was the instrument for that revelation in Romans 2:28-29: that the real Jew is not the Jew in the flesh but the Jew in the spirit. The real circumcision is not of the flesh but of the heart.
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Circumsion in the heart is extracting and cutting off the serpent seed, which has made us very dirty and filthy in the sight of the Father Almighty.
This is the new order of things: He is not a Jew in the flesh but in the spirit. The true Jew is the Jew in the Spirit and true circumsion is not in the flesh but in the Spirit.
