Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy established the Jose Maria College in 2002 to fulfill his dream in contributing and providing not just 100% free, but excellent education for Filipino underprivileged children through the “Gift of Education”. Up to date, thousands have received proper education under Pastor Apollo’s academic scholarship program.
Being the CJF’s major benefactor, Pastor Apollo was able to send underprivileged children to school in different regions of the country.
He also sponsored the renovation of hundreds of day care centers across the country. These are the centers located in small barangays or villages, especially in rural areas. Pastor Apollo sends his volunteers, who link arms with the community in rebuilding or renovating these learning centers, and then he donates paint, hollow blocks, tables, chairs, and even instructional materials to improve the children’s learning hubs. He even provides school supplies for the children.
Pastor Apollo has also donated a land to put up schools, for education to be made possible in Brgy. Tamayong, Davao City, Philippines. It is called the Jose T. Quiboloy, Sr. National High School in honor of Pastor Apollo’s late father.
