Humanitarian, environmentalist, and international evangelist Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy gave a heartfelt message of thanks and blessings to friends, family, and Kingdom citizens for the many greetings he received for his birthday last April 25.
He said that although the current situation in the world today has prevented the celebration of ACQ International Children’s Day as it has been traditionally celebrated in the past, the spirit of the event remains the same.
“My birthday has always been dedicated to children all over the world,” he said. “And though it may be totally different this year due to the prevailing circumstances brought by the COVID 19 pandemic, the spirit of the ACQ International Children’s Day, which is the spirit of generosity and unconditional love remains.”
Pastor Apollo disclosed that the Kingdom ministry had not forgotten to share its blessing during this time of need to the brave and faithful front liners, health workers, public servants, and men-in-uniform who have put their lives on the line for the sake of many.
“My heart and prayers go out to you,” he expressed.
The much-beloved Pastor, who has a following of more than 7 million worldwide, also conveyed his appreciation and acknowledgment to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for his exemplary leadership during this time of crisis. He asserted that the president’s stable leadership has been a guiding light to all Filipinos and an inspiration for all.
“We are praying for you,” he affirmed. “I am personally praying for you. The Lord God has put you in the national leadership during this time for a purpose, and this purpose is what we are seeing today.”
The good Pastor also said that the president’s guidance has made Filipinos stronger than ever amid the present challenges.
Earlier, in a video aired over Sonshine Media Network International, the President expressed his regrets that he could not join the good pastor on his birthday as he does every year.
He, however, assured Pastor Apollo that he is on the pastor’s side. He also asked for the pastor’s prayers for the country and the world because he knows that God will listen to him.
Pastor Apollo also gave thanks to many of the ministry’s friends who greeted him including senators Tito Sotto, Bong Go, Sonny Angara, Migz Zubiri, House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano, friends from the private sector and the media, his elder brother, Pastor Jo Quiboloy and the rest of the family, and many more. He disclosed how loved and honored he felt by all of the well-wishes.
Pastor ended his message by imparting that he has no other wish but for all to find the light of the Almighty Father’s salvation during this time of reflection.
“This is the opportune moment for us to reconnect back to God, to build a spiritual relationship with Him, and to ultimately turn from our sinful ways,” he declared.
He reminded all that during this fateful time of judgment from heaven, “God is all we need.”
