About This Post

In the storyline of salvation, every man and woman has to decide… who will you be?

Will you be a son or a daughter of the Almighty Father committed and dedicated to do and obey His will in your life?

Or will you remain a servant — loyal to your religion, blindly believing that you are already saved because you believe in Jesus Christ yet still a slave to your own human will?

storyline of salvation

The only preacher who is teaching the true message of Jesus Christ today is Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy. Many persecute him because they do not understand his spiritual message. Some even go through great lengths just to try and destroy his reputation.

Pastor Apollo said that persecutions have always been a part of his ministry since the beginning, but he cannot compromise. He must preach the truth about the word of God.

In the time of the begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ, he himself suffered from persecutions and was crucified on the cross because of false accusations weaved and plotted by the religious leaders in His time. They were physical and carnal people who refused to accept the spiritual component of salvation that Jesus Christ was preaching to them.

And just as it was in the Jewish Age, many people today have a similar physical and carnal understanding of salvation.

Perhaps, they cannot be blamed because that is how they were taught since childhood and they never thought to question it. Majority simply settled on tradition and norm.

Yet, we cannot remain physical in our understanding of the Almighty Father, of salvation, and of eternal life. The Holy Scriptures cite in John 4:24 that “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” The word of God must be understood in a spiritual way.

One of the most common questions that people have is “Why do Pastor Quiboloy call himself the Appointed Son of God? Is he replacing Jesus Christ?”

The answer is NO. He is not replacing Jesus Christ. He is representing Jesus Christ in these last days.

Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh (John 1:14). He is God himself manifested as the begotten Son in the Jewish Age. And now in our present time, He is the Almighty Father. Jesus Christ is called by many names as Isaiah 9:6 says, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GodThe everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, on the other hand, is an ordinary man just like us, but he is the first among the fallen Adamic race who has overcome (Revelations 21:7) and has passed the test of commitment to do and obey the will of the Almighty Father no matter what. Thereby, restoring the broken Father and Son relationship which Adam and Eve lost in the Garden of Eden. Pastor Apollo became the son of God in the spirit… just as Adam was before the fall.

Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

Luke 3:38

This is why Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is called the Appointed Son because through the message he brings to the world, people who will heed, listen, and follow his message will also be restored back in communion with the Almighty Father and will be adopted as sons and daughters of God just like him.

For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Romans 5:19

Pastor Apollo is now trumpeting the message of salvation to all the world — teaching people the true meaning and spiritual interpretation of the words of Jesus Christ. As a son, he has inherited these words and has become Jesus Christ’s audible voice.

1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.

Hebrews 1:1–2

So in the storyline of salvation, every man and woman has to decide… who will you be?

Will you be a son or a daughter of the Almighty Father committed and dedicated to do and obey His will in your life?

Or will you remain a servant — loyal to your religion, blindly believing that you are already saved because you believe in Jesus Christ yet still a slave to your own human will?

Remember, only sons and daughters of God will remain in the house forever (John 8:35). Only those who do and obey the will of God shall enter into the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 7:21).
